Configurar uebmiau 2.7.8 Por Favor

Ai galera eu não estou conseguindo configurar o UEBMIAU 2.7.8, não acho nada sobre na internet e não consegui fazer nada, será que alguem ai não poderia me ajudar ou indicar algum artigo que me ajuda a configurá-lo pois os que encontro na net são das versões antigas, onde o script do config.php e diferente.

Ajuda ai blz galera.
