Não consigo fazer funcionar meu cache full vc poderia me ajudar?

Eu tentei colocar esse cache pro youtube mas nao funcionou no teste...

Olá vou te passar as regras q estou usando em cache, repare que adicionei outras para o YOUTUBE porem cadas vez que eles alteram o sistema vc tera de criar ou alterar.
