  2. First you need an internet connection that will provide a real IP. Need a Micro with linux and apache installed. Then you configure the DNS on the machine to resolve the domain, and configure apache... ready!

  3. So remembering that you need a dns service to register the domains on your server, and that the FAPESP requires at least two different addresses of DNS, ie you would have to have 2 ips valid or 1-valid ip with dns server, and any other being your slave
