Ajuda erro "The requested URL"

Ola galera estou com o seguinte problema, todos os sites estão abrindo e os bloqueios estão funcionando mas estou com problema em um determinado site...

Exemplo: http://www.bourbon.com.br este site abre normalmente mas http://www.bourbon.com.br/hoteis-e-r...eiro-residence ja não abre e da o seguinte erro...

Galera do fórum, o problema ainda continua se alguém souber o que pode ser feito eu agradeço...
