Qual é o IP do server que você não consegue alcançar das estações?
As estação estão conectadas no Firewall, e server de BD que você quer acessar está atraz dele, né não?
Essas configs que você postou, é do Firewall? Se sim, digita esses comandos lá, e posta o resultado:
