e eskeci de mais uma opçao se vc usa o conectiva
apt-get -f install nc
ou redhat
up2date -i nc

executei o comando up2date -i nc
e me deu a seguinte mensagem:

Executei o comando o nc e me retornou isso:

Naum sei se eh a mesma coisa, pois executei o comando do servidor, estou sem rede aki.
Estou sim... entaum se vc executar o nc do servidor vai ser a mesma coisa q dar ftp localhost.. num vai adiantar
Foi oq imaginei... ele soh nao está aberto pro mundo.. ping ele responde ai executei o nc e olha soh
