Heartbeat não inicializa o httpd

Boas,

quando inicializo o heartbeat, /etc/init.d/heartbeat start, este não me inicializa o servidor de http, ou seja, o apache(httpd). Mas se fizer /etc/init.d/heartbeat stop e tenha o httpd inicializado (à mão!!!) ele pára o httpd.

o ficheiro haresources é

o ficheiro ha.cf é
