Substituto para o Apache

Oi PessoAll,

Seguinte, eu tenho uma máquina que roda uns aplicativos DXML via browser.
O problema é que a máquina está ficando com 70% de ocupação com o o http.
Então, minha pergunta é :
Alguem conhece algum web server que tenha suporte a PHP mas mais leve que o Apache ?

Mas talves seu apache esteja mal configurado, ou entao tem algo com problema ai fazendo com que o apache consuma muitos recursos

qual a configuracao da sua maquina ai ?


Vc ja tentou colocar um pouco mais de memoria nela ?

os seus sites tem muitos acessos ?

Bem, o Apache é bastante poderoso.. n sei pq trocar..isso deve ser alguma config mal feita.. mas como a pergunta era outra.. eu tb conheço o "Boa webserver" .. tb bastante utilizado.

Já ouvi falar do BOA mas ele não tem suporte a PHP.
Acho que vou ter que compilar para tentar otimizar o Apache, pois testei com o LiteSpeed mas ele não entende DXML...
Se alguem tiver alguma alternativa, por favor, me informe.
