Socorro load multilink 2 link de 2 mb

Ola Pessoal estou com um grande problema com load balance.
estava configurado o load por destino isso em um cisco 2620, agora foi mudado para multilink e ja faz 3 dias e a brasiltelecom nao esta resolvendo.
esta muito lento e varios sites nao abre ate o ping nao responde para o site ou ip.
No link tenho duas redes oque esta acontecendo com uma faixa de ip nao responde o ping para o terra e ai quando mudo para a outra faixa de ip o terra responde Oque pode ser isso? lembeando que esta uma maquina direto no cisco. Isso é problema da brasiltelecom? Ou defeiro no cisco?

Verifique se bloco ip foi delegado para vc e se foi configurado na BRT.

Aconteceu isto comigo, a BRT só havia delegado as classes IP no papel, não fizeram a configuração de roteamento do lado deles. Se for isto, nada que seu consultor não resolva em 3 dias uteis.

Posta a configuração de seu roteador para que possamos analisar se há algo errado. Pode ser que o problema esteja ai mesmo, como citou o alexandrecorrea.

qual comando.
Nao fui eu quem configurou o cisco e os cara querem 300 pila para vir ate aqui para provar que nao e as configuracoes do cisco, e de lascar.
