Inlcuir ubuntu no grub

Estou com um problema na configuração do grub. Tinha um dual boot entre centos e ubuntu, pórem precisei instalar o windows e com isso o grub foi para o espaço. Fiz a restauração e estou agora com dual boot entre centos e windows, no momento da restauração com o find /boot/grub/stage1, não listou hd/partição da instalação do ubuntu.
FIz tentativas indicando a hd/partição com o comando root (hdX) e setup (hd0) mas a mensagem de errro era que não encontrava os arquivos em tal lugar.
Já garimpei no google algumas soluções mais nenhuma teve sucesso no meu caso, gostaria da ajuda de vocês.

Meu particionamento Atual

sda1 Linux ext3 ->CentOS
sda2 swap
sda3 NTFS ->Windows
sda5 Linux ext3 -> Ubuntu
sda6 Linux ext3

Sim, a partição não foi alterada

Montei a partição sda5 no /mnt
