percebi q o site em q nao acessa tem o ip 187. o outro site q tbm naum acesso é 187

isso notei aqui tb de uns dias pra ca de uma limpada no seu dns cache do mikrotik se usar , se nao der certo fixe outro IP DNS no cliente com radio ou usb deve amenizar o problema
