Pagina de Manutenção quando Link cair

Boa Tarde, alguém já conseguiu colocar essa pagina de manutenção quando o link cair para funcionar, aqui uso uma rb 750 6.29.1, e não consegui, quando o link cai, as profiles ficam todas off, mais quando o link volta, a profile não volta ao normal.
