  1. não precisa não, cara não consigo imaginar o que pode ser o problema ... sei que eu uso tres linhas de comando e tudo funciona perfeitamente se erro algum .

    verifique o log do kernel: dmesg
    observe se ha erros nas últimas linhas, relacionadas a placa

    Não tenho certeza se isto aqui abaixo seja própriamente um erro, mais eu tentaria resolver:
    PCI: No IRQ known for interrupt pin A of device 00:04.0. Please try using pci=biosirq.

    Reboot a máquina e configure no setup que seu sistema operacional NÃO é plug and play. Se isto não resolver, informe a opção pci=biosirq para o boot do kernel.
