Da uma olhada mais na primeira vez que roda o sarg é pra criar o diretório....
O seu problema é que realmente não há navegação! isso que ele diz!!!
Primeiro de uma olhada em: /var/log/squid e veja ce tem os arquivos access.log store.log cache.log
ce houver de uma olhada para ver ce tem algo dentro deles!!!
Segundo ce não tiver nada dentro deles posta o teu squid.conf! ou procura esses arquivos no seu hd, pois ce tiver em outro lugar aponta no sarg ao inves de /var/log/squid/access.log para o diretório especifico!
Caso contrario posta ai!!!

Da uma olhada nas PERMISSÕES dos diretórios.
