Erro no ligin: Please check that the "dcopserver"

Galera é o seguinte estou postando aqui os erros que estão ocorrendo após a solução que vocês me haviam dito ter sido feita (a de remover os diretórios ~/.kde e o ~/.Desktop), por passo a passo:

1 - Dei login e aparece:

There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE . The message returned by the system was:

Could not open network socket
Please check that the "dcopserver" program is running!

E pede para dar OK!

2 - Depois aparece:

Will not save configuration.
Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kpersonalizerrc" Not writable.

Will not save configuration.

Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals" Not writable.

Please contact your system administrator.

E OK! de novo.....

Ai depois a primeira mensagem aparecesse mais uma ou duas vezes, depois aparece essa segunda com o diferencial de ao invés de ser ~/kpersonalizerrc e ~/kdeglobals, aparece como :

Will not save configuration.
Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kwinrc" Not writable.

Will not save configuration.

Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kbuildsycocarc" Not writable.

Please contact your system administrator.

E depois os mesmos arquivos para a mesma mensagem....

Will not save configuration.
Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kglobals" Not writable.

Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kbuildsycocarc" Not writable.
Will not save configuration.

Please contact your system administrator.

Ai eu passo do Step 2, 3 e 4 do KDE normalmente, só que com uma lentidão considerável.

Ai voltam as mensagens de Will not save configuration, umas duas vezes.

E depois disso aparece a mensagem de erro do inicio deste e-mail, também duas vezes.

Depois disso aparece a seguinte mensagem de erro (DIFERENTE DAS OUTRAS!!!!):

The following installation problem was detected while trying to start KDE.

No write access to $ HOME directory (/home/leomar)

KDE unable start.

E essa outra mensagem tb diferente!!!!

Could not start ksmserver.Check your installation.

E depois disso aparece (Também é diferente!!!):

Will not save configuration.
Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/ksplahsrc" Not writable.

Will not save configuration.

Configuration file "/home/leomar/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals" Not writable.

Please contact your system administrator.

Espero que dê uma luz para que vocês possam me ajudar pois eu já tô mo escuro faz muito muito tempo!!!! O.o
