Mail with no Date header not accepted here

Boa tarde pessoal.
Aqui na empresa nós desenvolvemos um sistema que automaticamente envia cotações para nossos cliente, em forma PDF, e que para isso ele utiliza o Outlook Express da máquina do usuário.

Em um dos nossos cliente, retornou a seguinte mesagem de erro:

Se eu enviar uma mensagem normalmente pelo Thunderbird, esse cliente recebe a mensagem normalmente. O problema é quando ela é enviada pelo nosso sistema.

O que eu entendi é que esse meu cliente possui algum sistema anti-spam onde é verificado o cabeçalho da mensagem.

Existe alguma forme de contornar esse problema?
