Lendo o doc do mikrotik 2.9.x, achei uma opção interessante que nao compreendi muito bem,
gostaria de saber se alguem ja utilizou ou poderia dar maiores informações sobre a mesma.

Contention Ratio - the ratio to which the defined data rate is shared among users (when data rate is allocated to a number of subscribers). It is the number of subscribers that have a single speed limitation, applied to all of them together. For example, the contention ratio of 1:4 means that the allocated data rate may be shared between no more than 4 users

Boa noite, isso se refere a limite de banda, a quantos KB o usuario vai navegar, qual o seu limite de velocidade, se vai ter controle de p2p, limite de down, pra ele não usar toda a sua banda.
