Boa tarde

Tenho um servidor FC8, e estou tentando instalar uma impressora em rede nele, a opcao system-config-pinter nao funciona pois instalei so texto e ele pede algum server X, entao preciso inatalar essa impressoa via browser no cups, configurei o cupsd.conf e quando tento acessar, http://192.168.1.1:631 em qualquer extacao da na hora o erro
403 Forbidden

se alguem ja teve esse problema e resolveu, aguardo uma ajuda, segue o meu cupsd.conf pra analise...
