How To Make Download Server with Mikrotik

HI

I am locking for a method which make my network better i mean i can offer for my client full speed download server(Movies and Softwares)
i want to connect another computer with my mikrotik system and that computer will offer for my clients and they can download with full speed without any limit

till now
I connect the computer(the download server) in my switch and i put a static ip
and i gave my clients the ip((I install a web server in that server))
some of my clients can download from that server with full speed
but some just can download with a limitation

i have a hotspot

Hello Alfrqan.
You can do this.
To work this way you will have to create rules to mark the traffic destined for the file server in the mangle mikrotik.
After that you must create a rule in the queues by selecting the tree package marked in mangle.
