Cache full com delay pools

Pessoal não cbq ou htb para limitar a banda dos clientes ., utilizo o delay pools do próprio squid gostaria de saber se posso fazer cache full? abaixo segue o squid.conf ., como ficaram as regras no ipatbles nesse caso?

Existem linhas a serem acrescentadas para otimizar o uso squid?

O módulo zph ja foi aplicado.

estou tentando compilar squid p fazer controle de mac, e full cache.

uso Amndriva 2010 free e soh da erro na hora de compilar o squid, ja consegui aplicar o patch e fazer o configure.... mas na hora do make e make install da erro: 1, antes estava com erro ssl, quais depencias estao faltando?
