Não consigo autenticar no servidor smtp pelo outlook (Zimbra)

E ai pessoal, tdo tranquilo? Estou com problemas para me autenticar no servidor smtp zimbra pelo outlook. Segue o log abaixo:

Alguém sabe o que pode ser? Já pesquisei em vários foruns, fiz várias configurações no servidor e no outlook e nada funciona. O webmail funciona normalmente, interno e externo.

Voce já tentou desabilitar a utilização de tls no servidor e no outlook?
