Quota e Openwebmail dando pau

Minha rede foi habilitada com quota para cada usuario, apos testar as configurações quando excede o limite de hard que é 10000 MB, quando tento acessar a caixa postal pelo OpenWebmail da pau retornando a mensagem abaixo, porem se eu entrar em qualquer outro Outlook,Kmail ele está ok...

provavelmente eh porque o openwebmail cria algum arq temporario quando vai acessar a conta. como o limite do usuario foi excedido ele da pau.
tente aumentar o limite de hard e diminuir o tempo de grace para que o usuario tenha tempo de eliminar o excesso.
Outra opcao e descobrir ONDE o temporario do openwebmail eh criado e se ha como coloca-lo numa particao diferente da que tem a quota. ai tudo funciona beleza.
