Quota e Openwebmail travando

Minha rede foi habilitada com quota para cada usuario, apos testar as configurações quando excede o limite de hard que é 10000 MB, quando tento acessar a caixa postal pelo OpenWebmail da pau retornando a mensagem abaixo, porem se eu entrar em qualquer outro Outlook,Kmail ele está ok...

vc tem de identificar onde o openwebmail cria um arquivo temp.
se possivel ele deve estar FORA da area de onde os emails sao armazenados.
