Regras no squid ñ funciona.

Já li vários artigos do squid para bloquear sites, mas infelizmente todos q eu tentei ñ funcionaram. Gostaria de uma ajuda dos amigos. Tenho o RH9 com o squid-2.5.STABLE1-2. Vejam como está meu squid.conf:

Tem algo a corrigir no squid.conf? No Squid só preciso q funcione o Proxy, ACL´s e futuramento irei colocar autenticação.
Os arquivos blocksites.txt e unblocksites estão no diretório /etc/squid com as permissões full (777), os dois.
Tentro do arquivo blocksites tem uma única linha escrito a palavra sexo.

O q pode estar acontecendo de errado??Desde já agradeço a ajuda de todos.

Se alguém puder me ajudar ficarei muito grato, pois preciso implantar isso com o máximo de urgência pois tem usuário acessando sites indevidos. <IMG SRC="images/forum/icons/icon_frown.gif">
