i have mikrotik and im use webproxy-test for cache , all user limited speed to 1024kb >
i need user access to webproxy without limit speed ,,, and to access internet limited speed

can mikrotik do that >> if its okay can give me the code or rule

The webproxy is a tested package and run 100% fine.

The webproxy-test, i´m using here, only for tests, and this have a litle bugs yet.

I´ve my doubts about use the webproxy-test in my official server.
