problema com amsn 0.98

fui tentar atualizar, o amsn para versão mais nova, e agora da este erro,e ja tem 2 dias quebrando a cabeça, pelo que entendi não ta achando o tk e tcl, mais para onde posso direcionar??? ainda apanho do linux kakakakaka

Sim formatei e instalei tudo novamente, e agora so uso linux de vez em quando no notebook,
linux aqui so pra servidor e em modo texto!
