Problemas com DHCP Server FreBSD

estou com o seguinte problema na hora de iniciar o DHCP Server
ele está funcionando normalmente gerando os ips, mas ele da essa msg na hora de iniciar;

onde sis0 é minha interface externa e sis1 minha interface interna

meu rc.conf está assim:
ifconfig_sis1="inet 192.168.10.1 netmask 255.255.255.0"
dhcpd_enable="YES"
dhcpd_interface="sis1"
