    bom e o seguinte, eu tenho um monitor SyncMaster 3Ne da samsung, quando eu dou startx a tela fica preta e o curso do mouse aparece em 3, e fica tudo tipo piscando , nao sai disso. eu estou enviando o arquivo de log abaixo , desculpe mais ele e muito grande , se puder me ajudar...

    Hay una opcion UseBIOS del driver Savage que está escasamente documentada, esta permite habilitar el BIOS de video para cambiar los modos graficos, pero genera problemas en el RedHat 9.
    Al deshabilitarlo funciona!!!

    Ejemplo de XF86Config con la opcion UseBIOS deshabilitada:
